Having lived in 8 different states, Della developed an interest in real estate and interior design. She started her professional career as a CPA, working for Ernst & Young in Chicago. After taking time off to raise a family, she studied Interior Design and got her real estate license in 2015. She and her husband have flipped 4 houses and done ground-up construction on 8 houses in Orange County. They are very involved in the entire lifespan of their projects from consulting with architects, city planning and permitting departments, to general contractors and subcontractors. Last year, they bought a custom cabinetry and woodworking shop, Swanson Woodworks, to better vertically integrate their business. As a former CPA, Della uses her analytical skills to help determine the optimal price to buy or sell a property. She also uses her interior design knowledge to help highlight the best features of the property in marketing it. You are in good hands with Della."
